You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Zable items carry a 2 year limited warranty. If you have an item that needs warranty work done, please email us first at CustomerService@ZableStore.com. You'll then need to ship your item to us for the warranty to be processed.
Wind and Fire items carry a limited 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects. Please contact us at CustomerService@ZableStore.com with any warranty questions.

USPS First Class: $3.95 per order. Shipping takes approximately 3-8 working days and is totally dependant on the U.S. Postal service taking into account such things as weather and delays due to holiday seasons. Please contact www.USPS.com using your supplied tracking number if you have any questions regarding the package once it has been shipped as we have no access to any additional information once the shipment has been received by the US Postal Servce.
USPS Priority: $8.25 per order. Shipping takes approximately 2-5 working days and again is dependant on the U.S. Postal service and weather etc. Please contact www.USPS.com using your supplied tracking number if you have any questions regarding the package once it has been shipped as we have no access to any additional information once the shipment has been received by the US Postal Servce.
USPS International: $15.95 per order. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International packages vary greatly in transit time due to customs etc. You should expect your package within 15 days but it is often much sooner. We only offer U.S.P.S. first class international service.
